Winter home of

Walk out the back door right on to the GOLF COURSE, just off the 5th hole.

The livingroom is in the front, toward the driveway.

I don't have the latest picture but there is a widescreen TV, kitchen table, Curtains etc.

The bathroom is new and just a bathroom!

The bedroom has all buit-in closets and drawers.

This is what they call the Florida room.  It's heated and AC. We will put a couch and chairs out here, maybe a TV.

This is actually a second bedroom, note the closets. Washer and dryer are here as well.

This is the rear patio.  To the right is the golf course. As you can see there is plenty of space from the other units.
